Rakeback T&Cs

To get 30% rakeback you must generate at least €33.33 in rake in a week (running from Friday 00:01 to Thursday 23:59 CET (GMT+1)), meaning that the minimum rakeback a player is paid will be at least €10. Note that rake will not roll over from one week to the next.

200% up to €1,000 Sign Up Bonus - Worth 20% Whilst Clearing

  1. You are eligible for a 200% bonus (up to €1,000) on your first deposit. For example if you deposit €50 you will get a €100 bonus. To get the maximum bonus of €1,000, you must deposit at least €500.
  2. The bonus is activated when you first transfer the money from your Back Office account to your poker account.
  3. You then have 30 days to clear as much (or all) of the bonus as you can. The amount you cleared will be deposited in to your account 30 days after your initial transfer (even if you clear it all quicker than 30 days).
  4. The bonus clears at €10 for every 100 VIP points earned.
  5. You receive 1 VIP point for every €0.50 in rake (or tourney fees) that you pay. So the bonus is worth 20% extra rakeback while you clear it!
  6. To clear the maximum bonus you would need to earn €5,000 in rake which is 10,000 VIP points

Uninstall Software and Clear Cookies

Make sure you follow step 1 and 2 below to be sure that your new rakeback account for NoiQ Poker is properly set up.

  1. Firstly you will need to uninstall the NoiQ Poker software from your computer, if applicable.
    From Windows: Click Start > Programs > NoiQ Poker > Uninstall NoiQ Poker
    From Mac: Applications > Drag the NoiQ Poker App to the Trash
  2. Secondly you need to Clear Cookies. This will remove any cookies from Betfair Poker or other affiliates from your computer. This is important as such cookies can disrupt tracking of your rakeback.

The rakeback deals you have at other poker rooms will NOT be affected by following these steps.

Download the NoiQ Poker Software

  1. Download Now

    To download the poker software click on the download now button to the right.
  2. Poker Software DowloadYou will be redirected to the NoiQ Poker website, click on 'Download' to begin the download (see right). Follow the NoiQ onscreen instructions and install the NoiQ poker software.

Create a NoiQ Poker Account

  1. Create your account step 1The NoiQ Poker lobby will appear once the software installation is complete. The next step is to click the 'Create New Account' button. (shown right).
  2. Create your account step 2Enter your details into the 'Open an Account' form and ensure you enter 'RBPOKER' in the text box (shown right). It is IMPORTANT that you do this to be certain that you are tracked to us and receive your rakeback correctly. Finally click 'SIGN ME UP'.

Finally send us your Poker Nickname (Alias/Table Name/Screen Name) by completing and submitting the form below.
